As Christmas music begins to flood the airwaves, companies are starting to look forward to a staff night out and pulling a cracker or two. During this festive period Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children is looking for businesses to join their Restaurant Campaign. December is Children’s Cancer Awareness Month and this month alone another 12 children, teenagers and young adults in Northern Ireland will be diagnosed with cancer.
The Restaurant Campaign is a really simple way for you and your staff to throw support behind a worthwhile cause. It is as easy as one, two, three…
- NICFC will provide promotional cards and envelopes to place on tables in your restaurant.
- Your customers can choose to slip a minimum £1 donation into the envelopes which are collected at the end of their meal.
- You keep the envelopes safely sealed and stored, and NICFC staff will collect them weekly.
Why should your restaurant get involved?
- Money raised during the campaign will provide practical, emotional, social and direct financial support to children and young people living with cancer in NI.
- This fundraising initiative will engage your staff and customers, to support a local charity over the season of goodwill.
- Simple and effective fundraising tool to implement, with all promotional items supplied by NICFC, including your corporate logo on posters. An NICFC representative will call on a weekly basis to maintain the promotion.
- We are also happy to arrange local PR to acknowledge your support of our campaign, illustrating your commitment to social responsibility within your local community.
Add a final twist to the dining experience and support the NICFC’s Restaurant Campaign!
